Service Description

TaskRio provides task management functionality through WhatsApp messaging:

• Create, organize, and track tasks via WhatsApp messages
• Set reminders and due dates for tasks
• Collaborate with team members in WhatsApp groups
• Receive task notifications and updates through WhatsApp
• Access AI-powered features for task summaries and natural language processing

License Conditions

The license granted by TaskRio is subject to the following limitations and prohibitions:

• TaskRio may only be used and accessed by authorized personnel within your organization
• The service may only be used by the number of users covered by your subscription plan
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to TaskRio
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Usage must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy

User Responsibilities

As a user of TaskRio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating tasks and setting up your account
• Keep your WhatsApp account secure and not share access with unauthorized users

• WhatsApp Dependency: TaskRio operates within WhatsApp's platform and is subject to WhatsApp's availability, features, and policies
• Compatibility: TaskRio is designed to work with standard WhatsApp accounts. We do not guarantee compatibility with modified WhatsApp clients
• No Financial/Legal Advice: TaskRio is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice
• User Data: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you input into TaskRio

Pricing and Payments

For paid plans:

• Pricing is outlined on our website and subject to change with notice
• Free trial period: 14 days for new users
• Payment is required to continue service after the trial period
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Termination

Either party may terminate the service:

• You may stop using TaskRio at any time by discontinuing interaction with the bot
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your data
• Paid subscriptions are subject to the refund policy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TaskRio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss due to WhatsApp platform issues

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of TaskRio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through WhatsApp or email.
