Tips
- Be specific: "Update homepage banner to new logo" beats "update website"
- Always include deadlines: Tasks without deadlines rarely get done
- Use @mentions: In groups, assign to specific people
- Natural language works: Don't worry about syntax, just describe what you need
- Voice messages work: Record your task instead of typing
Common Questions
Q: What if I forget the syntax?
A: There's no syntax! Just tell TaskRio what you need in plain English.
I need to:
- finish report by Friday
- call client tomorrow
- review proposal by EOD
Q: How do I know the task was created?
A: TaskRio sends a confirmation with the task ID (e.g., "Task T42 created")
