Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with TaskRio in 5 minutes. No technical skills required.

Step 1: Add TaskRio to WhatsApp (1 minute)

1. Open WhatsApp on your phone
2. Start a new chat
3. Add this number: +91 99250 37581
4. Send any message (e.g., "Hi")

TaskRio will respond with a welcome message!

Step 2: Create Your First Task (30 seconds)

Type this in the chat:

remind me to call John tomorrow at 3pm

TaskRio creates the task and will remind you tomorrow at 3pm.

Step 3: View Your Tasks (30 seconds)

Type:

list my tasks

You'll see all your tasks with IDs like T1, T2, T3.

Step 4: Complete a Task (30 seconds)

When you finish a task, reply to the task card with:

done

Or use the task ID:

T1 done

Step 5: Use in Groups (2 minutes)

Add to Group:

1. Open any WhatsApp group
2. Tap group name → Add participant
3. Add +91 99250 37581

Create Team Task:

In the group, type:

@TaskRio Fix bug by Friday @Developer

TaskRio assigns the task to that person.

That's It!

You're now using TaskRio.

Common Commands:

• Create task: Just describe what you need
• View tasks: "list open" or "my tasks"
• Complete: Reply "done" to task card
• Help: Type "help" anytime

Tips:

• Use natural language - no complex syntax
• In groups, @mention TaskRio first
• Task IDs (T1, T2) work everywhere
