Not receiving task reminders?
Check WhatsApp Notifications
Android
- Settings → Apps → WhatsApp → Notifications
- Ensure "Allowed" is ON
- Check notification sound is set
iPhone
- Settings → Notifications → WhatsApp
- Ensure "Allow Notifications" is ON
- Check alert style
Check Do Not Disturb
Android
Swipe down → Check DND is OFF
iPhone
Settings → Do Not Disturb → Check it's OFF
TaskRio Settings
Check notification settings:

If muted, unmute:
unmute notifications
Task Has No Due Date?
Tasks without due dates don't get reminders.
Add due date:
T1 due tomorrow 3pm
Battery Optimization
Android
Disable battery optimization for WhatsApp:
Settings → Battery → Battery Optimization → WhatsApp → Don't optimize
Still No Notifications?
