Protect Your Phone

Lock Screen:

• Use PIN/fingerprint/face ID
• Don't leave phone unattended

WhatsApp Security:

• Enable two-step verification
• Biometric lock for WhatsApp

Sensitive Information

Don't put in tasks:

• Passwords
• Credit card numbers
• Social security numbers
• Private client data

Better approach:

• "Update client password" (not the actual password)
• "Process payment" (not card details)

Group Security

Be Careful With:

• Who you add to groups
• What details you share
• Client-specific information

Best Practice:

• Separate groups for different clients
• Remove members who leave team
• Regular group audits

Lost Phone?

Immediately:

1. Log out WhatsApp on lost device (from another device)
