How It Works

TaskRio detects your timezone from:

1. Your phone settings
2. Your location (if shared)
3. Explicit timezone setting

All Times Are Local

When you say "tomorrow 3pm", TaskRio uses YOUR timezone.

Team Across Timezones

In groups with team members in different timezones:

• Each person sees their local time
• Reminders sent at correct local time
• No confusion about "3pm EST vs PST"
